Payment And Cancellations
Payments Shall Be Made With An Initial Deposit Of
50 Percent Upon Reservation Plus 50 Percent Due
By Time Of Arrival. *initial Deposits Are
Required Within 72 Hours Of Reservations*
Deposits And Payments Can Be Made By Check,
Credit Card Or Wire Transfer. Cancellations Made
Less Than 3 Days Prior To The Scheduled Arrival
Will Be Charged 100 Percent Of Stay.
Security Deposit .
The Client Agrees That He/she Is Responsible For
Any Damage To The Premises During The Rental
Period. A Credit Card Voucher Shall Be Necessary
At Check In. Within 72 Hours After Departure
Voucher Shall Be Destroyed Or Charged With Any
Corresponding Damage. If You Don T Have A Credit
Card You Should Make A Cash Deposit At The Las
Mananitas Office.

The Main Service Upon Departure Is Included In
The Room Rate. The Prices For Any Additional
Services Are
One Bedroom - 25.00 Usd Plus 10 Percent Tax
Two Bedroom - 35.00 Usd Plus 10 Percent Tax
Three Bedroom - 45.00 Usd Plus 10 Percent Tax
Penthouse - 65.00 Usd Plus 10 Percent Tax
Number Of Guests-
Each Reservation Is For A Specified Number Of
Guests. Las Mananitas Must Be Notified, In
Advance, Any Increase In The Size Of The Party.
The Size Of The Party Must Not Exceed What The
Property Has Set As A Limit- No Exceptions. Any
Unauthorized Guests, Will Result In An Automatic
Charge Of 50.00 Usd Per Night Of Your Security
Deposit.
Check-in/check-out.
Check-in Time Is 3 00 P.m. And Check-out Is 12 00
Noon. The Guest Agrees To Return All Keys, At
Check Out Time. The Air Conditioning Control And
The T.v. Control Must Remain In The Condominium.
The Charge For Unreturned Keys Is 25.00 Usd Per
Key, And 100.00 Usd Per Control.

Las Ma Anitas Is A Non Smoking Development,
However Smoking Is Permitted On Terraces And
Common Areas.

If The Flight Schedule Per Your Reservation
