Please Be Aware Of The Address At 393 State Street - We Are *not* The State Street Mansion At 281 State Street. This Property Cannot Accommodate Children Under 16yrs. Of Age. Pets Are Not Accepted. Check In Hours Are As Follows- Monday - Friday 3pm To 5pm Saturday / Sunday - Call For Special Arrangements To Arrange For Special Arrival Times Other Than What Is Listed, Please Call 1-888-427-6063. The Inn And All Guest Suites Are Non-smoking. Smoking Is Permitted In The Garden Only. A Cleaning Fee Of 100.00usd Will Be Charged To Any Room Violating This Policy. Deposit Policy- All Reservations Require A 1 Night Deposit To Be Charged At Booking. Cancellation Policy- Reservations Must Be Cancelled 24 Hours Prior To Local Check-in Time For Refund Of Deposit.
